How to Make Wudu in Islam
When you are performing wudu in Islam, you must ensure that you wash the body and not just the face. For example, if you are a woman, you must wipe the head cover before performing wudu. You should also remember to wash your hands – both right and left. If you have a beard and eye-brows, you should wash them, too.
Wipe the woman’s head cover to make wudu in islam
Wiping the woman’s head cover is an important part of Islam. It is considered an act of worship, but it is also a necessary cleaning activity. It should be done in a certain order and in a consecutive manner. This is the case for both Hanbali and Shafi’i schools of Islam.
A woman may wipe over her head cover to make wudu. Although the Qur’an is silent on the subject, the sunnah provides an explanation. Imam Ahmad says that it is permissible for a woman to wipe over her head cover. Companions have also allowed wives to wipe over their head covers.
The third view, however, is probably the correct one. The Prophet, may he rest in peace, is said to have wiped over women’s head covers when ablutioning. This view has many supporters among scholars.
Wash your right hand and left hand
If you wish to make wudu in Islam, you should wash your right hand and left hand before performing the act. This is the Sunnah. It is also important to wash your mouth. The water should be poured into your right hand and rubbed around your mouth and throat. Then, with your left hand, expel the water out of your mouth.
When washing your right hand, you must wash it with water that is pure and free of any soap. In addition, you must wash your nose and mouth three times. This will help you check the purity of the water. If it is clean, you can then make wudu.
Wash your beard
When washing your beard to make wudu, you must wash it along with your face. You must wash it three times with your face, not separate from it. If your beard is very thick, you can wash it from above. Otherwise, you must wash it to its roots.
You must wash your beard, neck, and nose. Do not forget to rinse your hair too. Washing your beard is mandatory for men. Women should also wash their hair. Ideally, you will want to wash it from the front to the roots at the nape.
You must also wash your arms and face. You should cover the front part of your head and upper part of your feet. If you do not cover your entire face, it will be considered invalid wudu.
Wash your eye-brows
If you are wondering how to wash your eye-brows to make wupdu in Islam, there are several methods you can use. Firstly, you can use water. Water is the essential ingredient for wudu. Water must reach the skin underneath your eye-brows. If the water doesn’t reach this skin, then it won’t be considered wudu.
You don’t need to wash the eye-brows if you wear glasses. Even if you wear contacts, you don’t need to remove them for wudu. If you have thick eyebrows, you may want to use your fingers to run them through the hairs.
However, shaving your eye-brows is not permitted. While it’s permissible for married women, this practice is not permitted for non-Mahram men. In addition, women are not allowed to trim their eyebrows if they are not accompanied by a male companion.
Wash your hands with mubah water
Wudu is a ritual that must be performed in Islam before performing daily prayers and other forms of worship. It is divided into two forms – the minor one, called Wudhu, and the major one, called Ghusl. A person’s hands must be clean and free of any impurities.
The hands should be washed from the elbows to the tips of the fingers, with the water running underneath any jewelry. The arms must be washed twice, but not more than three times. A person’s left arm cannot be washed more than three times, as this would invalidate his wudhu. If any other parts of the body are wet, the washing would be ineffective.
The mubah water should not contain any chemicals. This way, you won’t have to worry about it harming the wound. However, if you have bandages, you must wash your hands before applying the mubah water. The water will not harm the wound and won’t cause any damage. Afterward, you should apply tayammum.
