How to Treat Your Wife in Islam 
Muslim women work hard to provide for their families, so it’s important to treat them with respect. This doesn’t mean belittling them or treating them poorly, but it means expressing your love and affection. When speaking to a Muslim woman, you should always call her by a respectful name, sit down for her, and greet her with ‘Salam’ and ‘Goodbye’ when entering or leaving the house. If she’s away from home, don’t neglect to write her letters and keep in touch with her.
Respect her
If you want your wife to feel comfortable and secure in your marriage, you should respect her. She works hard to make your family happy and comfortable, so she deserves respect. Show her affection by calling her by a respectful name and treating her with respect when you are sitting together. You should always greet her with a warm ‘Salam’ when you enter the house and ‘Goodbye’ when you leave it. You should also make sure that you do not lose contact with her when you travel and write to her from time to time.
Islam says that men should respect their wives and treat them well. This includes providing for their clothes, food, and lodging. It also says that men should not force their wives to do things they don’t want them to do. It also states that men should respect women by choosing activities with them that are in accordance with Qur’an. It is also important to respect her physical needs.
Encourage her
Islam teaches that a wife should be supportive of her husband. A woman must not make him feel underappreciated or neglected. The Prophet (SAWS) said that God would not look favorably on an ungrateful wife. A wife does many things to help her husband maintain the household, raise the children, and provide for her family, so her husband needs to appreciate her.
Don’t force her to contribute financially
In Islam, it is not permissible for a husband to force his wife to contribute financially to the family. This is because the wife cannot be forced to work or spend the money on her own. Furthermore, a husband is not allowed to take money from his wife’s salary, which is her property.
Avoid chit-chat with unrelated men
When you are treating your wife in Islam, one of the most important rules to follow is to avoid chit-chat with men from the opposite sex. Such conversations are considered haram and are often associated with lust. Even if you do not intend to lust, it is still considered haram. Moreover, women do not change their voices to sound more pleasing or attractive, so you should avoid the temptation to do so.
Avoid hitting her
One of the most important principles of Islam is to avoid hitting your wife. This prohibition is based on the Quran’s verses, which outline the basic concept of Islamic marriage and what steps a husband can take to resolve conflicts. One of the restrictions on striking a wife is that it must be done only in a last resort. In addition, a husband should never strike his wife without reason, even if it is out of anger.
According to the Quran, the Prophet never hit a woman outside of jihad. He also made it clear that he didn’t intend to hurt her, but it wasn’t allowed. However, there is still a certain level of tolerance. It is still important not to cause harm to your wife, because you may end up in trouble in the end.
